ENOCH HR offers a free initial consultation. We are available at half day and full day rates. We have also developed package pricing for some commonly requested services. These packages include both a product, such as an employee handbook, and a certain amount of hours to customize and implement it. Project and hourly rates are also available.
Half Day Rate: $300.00
Half day and full day rates are designed to provide companies with consistent HR needs over time an affordable way to meet them. An ENOCH HR consultant dedicates four hours at the client site, working with management and administrative staff, addressing the agreed upon priorities. In doing so, clients pay for only the degree of HR subject matter expertise and guidance that is right for their situation, using internal personnel to do the rest. This can be done once per week, twice per month, or once per month, based on what is needed.
Full Day Rate: $600.00
As described above full day rates are designed to provide clients with consistent HR needs over time an affordable way to meet them. An ENOCH HR consultant dedicates eight hours at the client site, working with management and administrative staff, addressing the agreed upon priorities. In doing so, clients pay for only the degree of HR subject matter expertise and guidance they need, using internal personnel to do the rest. This can be done multiple days per week, once per week, twice per month, or once per month, based on what is needed.
Benefits Evaluation: $200.00
The benefits evaluation includes a comprehensive review of all your organization’s current group benefit offerings from a third party, unbiased professional for market competitiveness, employee attraction and retention value, and cost effectiveness. Recommendations for improvements are also provided.
Compensation System Package: $3,000.00
The compensation package includes all the administrative components to establish a formal compensation system within your organization such as a job description template, a position grading methodology, a salary range methodology, and a merit increase matrix tool that links the eligible increase to factors such as market value, internal equity, and individual performance. In addition, the package includes up to ten hours of time to be used for customization or implementation training for your staff so that they can manage your new compensation system effectively.
Employee Handbook Review Package: $400.00
If you have an existing employee handbook, it is recommended that you have it reviewed periodically. This package offers up to four hours of review and recommendation time to help you understand what policies and procedures you may want to consider revising for compliance and/or employee retention purposes.
Employee Handbook Package (<50 employees): $1000.00
Includes a basic employee handbook (usually appropriate for companies with less than 50 employees), up to four hours of time to be used for customization or implementation training for your staff so that they can manage your new handbook effectively, and one employee rollout meeting in which all the key policies are explained in layman’s terms.
Employee Handbook Package (>50 employees): $3,000.00
Includes a comprehensive employee handbook (usually appropriate for companies with 50 employees or more employees), up to ten hours of time to be used for customization or implementation training for your staff so that they can manage your handbook effectively, and up to two employee rollout meetings in which all the key policies are explained in layman’s terms.
HR Compliance Audit: $300.00
This evaluation helps the business owner understand the laws that apply to his or her specific business and what things might need to be corrected in order to be in full compliance. Fee waved with the purchase of goods or services of $1000 or more.
HR Effectiveness Audit: $300.00
The human resources effectiveness evaluation looks at all aspects of your current human resources function such as staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, policies and procedures, etc. to determine the level of effectiveness based on the company’s growth goals. Fee waived with the purchase of goods or services of $2,000 or more.
New Hire On-Boarding Package: $400.00
The New Hire/On-Boarding package includes all the required forms for hiring in the state of Virginia such as tax forms, direct deposit, I9, New Hire COBRA notice, in addition to some administrative tools that smooth out the process of on-boarding new employees such as an employment application, credit check release, offer letter, new hire checklist, and an orientation plan and checklist. The package also includes up to two hours of time to be used for customization or implementation training for your staff so that they can manage your new on-boarding system effectively.
Performance Management Package: $3,000.00
The Performance Management Package includes the administrative tools needed to establish a formalized performance management system within your organization including a goal setting template, a quarterly review methodology, an annual performance review methodology, and an annual self appraisal form. It also includes a performance counseling form and a performance improvement plan form for help in dealing with performance deficiencies. Lastly, it includes up to ten hours of time to be used for customization or implementation training for your staff so that they can manage your new performance management system effectively.
Recruiting System Package: $3,000.00
The Recruiting System Package includes all the administrative forms and processes to help you manage your firm’s recruiting (position questionnaire, employment application, phone screen form, background check release form, interviewers’ packet, etc.), but it also includes up to 10 hours of time to be used for customization or implementation training for your staff so that they can manage your new recruiting system effectively.
Safety Package: $2,000.00
The Safety Package includes a basic employee Safety Manual designed for companies with less than 50 employees that have employees working in office, light construction, product delivery and/or warehouse work. The package also includes the associated Safety Training Program and the training modules needed to conduct the all too important periodic safety training throughout the year. Up to four hours of time is also included for customization or training to help you get your program off to a good start.
