As Mid-sized business, here are some things to consider: 

As a business continues to grow, it will eventually consider hiring an in-house HR professional. When this time comes, the business may want to consider hiring Enoch HR on an interim basis to assist in the establishment of the company's HR infrastructure prior to hiring the HR person.  Doing so will delay the full cost of hiring a full time employee, set the incumbent up for success, and keep the cost of the hire down by allowing the company to hire someone with the ability to maintain an existing department rather than to create one from scratch.

2. Assist with hiring, training, and transitioning the HR function in-house.

4. Coverage while the search for a full time replacement is conducted.
